How to reset your password on ligaibc
Password reset on ligaibc takes three steps: request a reset link, receive the email, and create your new password.
- Go to the login page: Visit ligaibc.id and look for the "Forgot Password?" or "Password Reset" link below the login form. Click it to enter the password recovery flow.
- Enter your email: Type the email address associated with your ligaibc account. This must be the same email you used when you registered. If you're unsure, check your confirmation email or account statements from DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment deposits.
- Check your email: We send a reset link to your inbox within a few minutes. The email is titled something like "ligaibc Password Reset Request" and comes from our noreply address. Click the link in the email to proceed.
- Create a new password: The link takes you to a secure form. Enter your new password twice to confirm. Your new password must be at least 8 characters, include uppercase and lowercase letters, and contain at least one number. Avoid using the same password you used before.
- Log in: Return to the login page and use your email address and new password. You should now have full access to your account.
The entire process takes about subject to verification if you act immediately after receiving the email. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security reasons—if you don't use it within that window, request a new one.
Our password reset system uses encryption to protect your data in transit. The reset link contains a temporary token that is unique to your account and valid for one use only. Once you create a new password, that token expires immediately—no one else can use it. This prevents someone from intercepting the link and changing your password without your knowledge.
After you reset your password successfully, we recommend logging out of all other active sessions from your account. This clears any lingering connections and ensures you're the only one logged in. You can do this from Settings → Active Sessions or by simply logging out on each device individually.
What if the reset email doesn't arrive
If you don't see the password reset email within subject to verification, check these common issues:
- Check your spam folder: Some email providers filter our emails into spam or promotions. Search for "ligaibc" or "password reset" in your spam folder, and if you find it, mark it as "not spam" so future emails arrive in your inbox.
- Verify the email address: If you entered a different email than the one registered on your ligaibc account, you won't receive the reset link. Try again with your original email. If you don't remember which email you used, contact our support team—we can verify your account by asking for your username, phone number, or the last deposit method you used (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet).
- Wait for rate-limit reset: If you request multiple password reset emails in a short time, our system temporarily blocks further requests to prevent abuse. Wait subject to verification and try again.
- Check email deliverability: Occasionally, emails are delayed due to server load. Wait subject to verification and check again before requesting a new link.
If you've waited subject to verification and checked spam, contact our support team. We're available in English and Indonesian during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 Jakarta time). Provide your ligaibc username or registered email, and our team will send you a reset link manually or help you verify your identity if needed.

Creating a strong password on ligaibc
A strong password is your first defense against unauthorized account access. When you reset your password on ligaibc, follow these guidelines:

- Use at least 8 characters
- Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
- Make it unique to ligaibc—don't reuse other passwords
- Store it in a password manager if possible
Password Don'ts
- Don't use your name, username, or email
- Don't use simple sequences like 123456 or qwerty
- Don't share your password with anyone
- Don't write it in plain text on your device
Example of a strong password: Av1ator#Sweet2024 (contains uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and a symbol). Avoid: password123 or ligaibc2024these are too common and easy to guess.
If you ever suspect your password has been compromised—for example, if you see unfamiliar deposits or withdrawals on your account—reset your password immediately and contact our support team. We can review your account activity and help secure it.
Two-factor authentication for extra security
Password reset is one security step. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer: even if someone learns your password, they can't access your account without your phone. On ligaibc, we offer 2FA as an optional feature.
Two-factor authentication works like this: after you log in with your email and password, we ask for a code from your phone. You open an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) or receive an SMS code, and you enter that code to complete login. Each code is unique and expires after 30 seconds, so it's nearly impossible to intercept.
To enable 2FA on ligaibc, go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. We'll show you a QR code to scan with your authenticator app, or we'll send codes via SMS. Save your backup codes in a safe place—if you lose your phone, these codes let you regain access without a password reset.
Two-factor authentication and account recovery
If you enable 2FA and then lose access to your phone, you'll need to use your backup codes or contact our support team to disable 2FA temporarily. This is why we recommend saving your backup codes immediately after enabling 2FA.
Account recovery beyond password reset
Sometimes you need more than a password reset. For example, if your email account is compromised, or if someone changes your password and locks you out, we have a full account recovery process.
To start account recovery, contact our support team directly. We ask you to verify your identity by providing:
- Your ligaibc username or the email address linked to your account
- The last deposit method you used (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment Transfer)
- A copy of your ID or bank account statement (the same document you used during initial account verification)
Once we verify your identity, we can reset your password, update your email address, disable unauthorized 2FA, and restore access to your account. This process typically takes 4–8 business hours during weekday support hours. We handle recovery requests in English and Indonesian.
Accessing your account after password reset
Once you've reset your password and logged back in, your full account is immediately accessible. You can deposit via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking Transfer, and then play any of our games: Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways, live-dealer tables, or sports betting on Liga 1, Piala AFF, and international tournaments.
If you had active wagers or a balance in your account before losing access, everything remains intact—your balance, your tournament standings, and your deposit and withdrawal history are all preserved. We never reset or forfeit your funds as part of a password reset.
